its location was great and unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a cathedral church. an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven etc were much appreciated.

The location of the apartment was straight up fire – right in the heart of the city. We were able to hit up all the hottest spots like the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, and even went on a wild gondola ride through the canals. The apartment itself was so chill, with plenty of space for all of us to crash after partying all night. 10/10 would recommend for a lit vacay with friends!

If I had to pick one thing to make our stay even more lit, it would be if there was a club or bar right in the apartment building. It would've been so rad to have a convenient place to keep the party going without having to venture out into the city.

All in all, it is excellent base for staying in Venice.

Stayed here with my family, everything was great. It had a stunning setting very close to gondola rides, restaurants and San Marco.

The location is superb - near Basilic San Marco, good restaurant nearby, and transportations nearby too. The owner is lovely - very helpful and understanding, gives a lot of advice to visit the city. The apartment is gorgeous - huge, well-furnished, very clean, and has a cute view of the canals. It is in the heart of Venice, yet peaceful.

We had a such great stay in Venice near gondolas in canal and the restaurant and Venice. Location was incredible, close to a grand showpiece square. Plus it was located near St Marks Square;))

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Venice. The location was perfect, as it was close to all major attractions and just a short walk from St. Marks Square. I enjoyed being right on the canal, where I could see singing gondoliers passing by. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, meeting me at the transportation stop and providing quick replies to my messages. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The internet speed was great, and the balcony offered beautiful views. this hotel provided a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The location was superb, just a short walk to St. Mark's Square and the ferry boat. The staff was easy to communicate with and provided great restaurant recommendations.

The beds were like clouds, and the whole apartment was so clean and fresh. We were right in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco and all the cool cafes and food spots. The internet was super fast, and there were two bathrooms so no fighting over shower time. And the views from the tiny balcony were insane! It was the perfect base for our epic adventures in Venice.

The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot in the apartment. We were a group of young party-goers, and it would have been awesome if the lounge had a smart TV with Netflix or English language channels.
